Where do you carry your stress?

So many of us these days spend a lot of our days in front of a screen. Whether its sitting at a computer, or slumped over a mobile device, it can cause fatigue or tension in the neck and shoulders. Do you carry your stress in your neck and shoulders like I do?

I have found these stretches really helpful to maintain range of motion and also to relieve tension. I hope they help you too!
