For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. Ephesians 2:10

You were created for a purpose. Too often, what holds us back from growing into all that we were designed to be is a lack of health, a perceived lack of finances, or a lack of belief in ourselves. My mission is to help you break free from what is holding you back so you can live the full expression of your calling.

I believe that we are the result of the things we do consistently over time. While I wish one bicep curl a year would get me to my goals, that's not how life works. I help you break down your goals into the habits and consistent action that will get you where you want to go. We can use some combination of three tools to get there:

- Whole food supplementation to build the nutrition habit and get you to optimal health. I partnered with the most researched nutritional products in the world.

- One-on-one coaching to get you in consistent forward progress. Stop letting life hijack your goals and take intentional steps toward your desired future.

- Mental Fitness. Use research-based tools to strengthen the part of your brain that serves you and quiet the part that sabotages you. I'll be your trainer for this 6-week course.

I've invested thousands of hours and thousands of dollars in personal growth and development over the past 25 years. I've read the books and attended the seminars. I love learning and growing. In 2023, I received certification as an ECO Coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation. Later that year, I also became a Mental Fitness Trainer through the Positive Intelligence coursework. I have been coaching individuals and groups for the past 20 years.

Additionally, I graduated from Drury University with a bachelor's in Business Administration and worked 15 years in corporate leadership. I am a wife and mom to two teenagers.
