Give that Ranch Dressing a Make-Over

Who doesn't love to dip in Ranch Dressing. But have you read the ingredients lately? Not exactly health food. This simple recipe will have even the staunchest ranch fan fooled!

Dairy-free Ranch Dressing

1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise

1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk (other plant milks will work)

1 tsp. onion powder

1 tsp. garlic powder

2 tsp. dried dill

2 tsp. dried parsley

1 Tbsp. dried chives

1/2 tsp. Himalayan salt

1/4 tsp. black pepper

1 tsp. apple cider vinegar

1 tsp. white wine vinegar


1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk together until smooth.

2. Transfer to a bottle or jar for storage and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
