How to make guilt free no bake cookies

Do you feel like eating healthy means never eating tasty food again? I love finding recipes that taste good AND do good things for my body. So, of course, I love this "no bake cookie" recipe!

1 cup fresh rolled oats

1 cup peanut butter (any nut butter will do)

1 scoop Vanilla Complete+

1 scoop Chocolate Complete+

1 Tbs ground flax seeds*

1 Tbs chia seed*

1/2 cup dairy free dark chocolate chips*

1 Tbs molasses*

1Tbs maple syrup/agave/honey

1 Tbs plant oil (warmed coconut/grape seed oil/etc)

Mix all ingredients in a food processor on the low/dough setting until combined. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on wax paper on cookie sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Then transfer to ziploc bag or other air tight container. Can be thawed up to 4 hours before eating.

My kids love these for "sweet treats" in their lunch or after sports practice or dance class. Works great for those nights we have to eat early and then they are off to activities and hungry again before bed. Small volume, but packed with protein and other key nutrition to repair while they sleep.
