What do you call 12 Enchiladas?
A foot-ilada. I know, the dad-puns. The kids are back to school, which means we are back to those nights where we are gone from the time I leave for car line until the time we get home READY to eat! Do you have nights like that? So, I'm back to building a list of meals my family will eat that can be made ahead, or ready in the crockpot.
