DIY Kale Chips

Okay, I admit it. I have a crazy salty+crunchy craving. Some people crave Chocolate or sugar. I like them, but what really scratches my itch is salty foods. Potato chips, french fries, crackers; I love them all!

What I don't love is what they do to my waist-line. I know most of these foods are full of empty calories that aren't giving my body what it needs to function well. They cause inflammation, sometimes silent, other times visible bloating. What's a girl to do?

Enter: Kale Chips!

This snack is quick to make at home because, who has time for a whole day of food prep?!? Kale is an awesome super food. No empty calories, just powerful nutrition I can feel great about eating. Oh, and they pack plenty of crunch and salt all you want (unless you have dietary restrictions)
